5.1. One Person, One/Multiple Vote/s: Users may vote multiple times in the same poll.
5.2. No Vote Manipulation: Users must not engage in vote rigging, ballot stuffing, bot usage, or any form of electoral fraud.
5.3. Honest Participation: Users must not impersonate others or create fake accounts to manipulate voting results.

6. Poll Administrator Responsibilities

6.1. Poll creators are responsible for ensuring their polls comply with their organization's rules and applicable laws.
6.2. Poll administrators must clearly communicate voting rules, eligibility criteria, and deadlines to participants.
6.3. Poll administrators must not use the Platform for any illegal purposes or to conduct official government elections.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use the Platform to:

Conduct official government elections or claim affiliation with INEC
Engage in illegal activities or fraud
Harass, abuse, or harm others
Collect personal information without consent
Spread misinformation or malicious content
Interfere with the Platform's security features
Violate any applicable Nigerian laws or regulations

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. The Platform and its content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by us (ADDA Consulting Limited) and protected by Nigerian and international intellectual property laws.
8.2. Users retain ownership of content they create but grant us a license to use, display, and process such content to operate the Platform.

9. Data Security and Vote Integrity
