Where the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days of written notice by either party, the dispute shall be referred to mediation at the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse (LMDC). If the dispute remains unresolved following mediation, either party may refer the dispute to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Lagos State, Nigeria.

15. Changes to these Terms

ADDA Consulting Limited may amend or update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in applicable laws, technology, business operations or the Services we provide. Where material changes are made, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the Website or by such other means as may be appropriate.
